The kitchen has stainless steel and manufactured stone bench tops, cupboard pantry space, a gas hob, under bench oven, 70/30 extra-wide fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, wastemaster, espresso machine, toaster, electric jug and all the usual pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

The main bathroom is downstairs and has a shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel rail. The laundry has an automatic washing machine and tumble drier.

As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. 10 people can be accommodated at the property subject to approval. 6 adults at all times with the remainder being children 12 years and under.
